STILL GOING STRONG AND GETTING BIGGER
Walking Football is still going from strength to strength at the Soccer Dome in Seacombe. Since the move from Soccerloco 12 weeks ago, sessions have been a great success, with improved coaching techniques by Sarah & Ale (for those interested), extra game time, quality refereeing, new members and a set of rules that everyone understands. Add to that your free cuppa at the end of the session plus 50p for a BBB or BSB (Becky's Bacon Butty or Sausage Butty) and it all goes to show what great value playing your walking football at the Soccer Dome is.
Plus 2 more competitions in November and December, a Christmas Party Night and possibly a quiz night.
Every Monday and Wednesday 10.00 - 11.30 ish (9.30am for coaching).
Not been before ? - contact me on here for a meet and greet.

CHESHIRE F.A. WALKING FOOTBALL FESTIVAL
Saturday 6th August 2016 saw Wirral Walking Football play in their first competition as Wallasey Soccer Dome using a squad of only 8 players (mainly due to seasonal holidays).
After a rather shaky start in the league stage, not helped by our two goalkeepers getting stuck in traffic and one of our defenders feeling the reactions of a heavy cold, we eventually made it to the Plate semi-final to face Helsby Old Boys. After taking the lead early on we were pulled back by an extremely fluke goal. We eventually lost 2 - 1 but had a good few chances, and played very well considering the hot conditions on the day.
