Walking Football United was set up by Steve Rich to create a shared platform from which to enquire, express, learn, lambast or
lament on all aspects of this relatively new, innovative version of football.
It will endeavour to provide up to date information on the game's expansion
and development, county and FA initiatives in support, input and funding
(through the Just Play initiative,) through to individual county news, as well
as nation-wide development and associated initiative schemes.
An
invaluable, ongoing database on all national venues can be accessed, as
well as a chance to voice opinion on any Walking Football related
matter on the Back Chat Forum page.
A Walking
Football Rules guide can be opened online to peruse, or alternatively be
downloaded as a whole document.
In essence,
Walking Football United strives to promote and endorse the game, unify the
rules and unite the masses.
